What are the delivery charges for orders from the Online Shop?

Can I track my shipment?

 

You will receive a track and trace code. We ship via Sendcloud. They will inform you about your shipment.

 

 

How long will delivery take? 

 

Normally, the day after receipt of payment, the shipment is offered to the carrier. With the exception of weekends. Shipping times vary per country.

Do I receive an invoice for my order?

When you order wakebag (s), an invoice is created immediately. You will find this in your e-mail.

 

 

Can I order larger orders for business purposes?

For business customers we have special prices and we deliver pallets with 20 Wakebags per pallet. Only for boat companies in possession of a VAT number.

 

 

Can I have Wakebags delivered to my home?

Yes you can. Make sure that you have the counterweight delivered to an address that is easily accessible. A difficult to reach address delays the delivery time.
